Perfect way to chill your Reese's minis that may have been in your hands a little to long on a 90 degree day.

Also I should take care of that air bag light.

Mine would just melt them instantly.

lol i'm not even kidding, my buddy and I were doing this yesterday in his crown vic. It was hot out, snickers were threatening to melt in their packages, convenient shelf found.

Until he actually started moving again. Then we just had candy bars on the floor.

Another tip - cold milk cools down hot food.

For your health.

That's a nice feature. I'm pretty sure that it was designed to do that Bro.

I just keep mine in the glove box. You can route the air con through to the glove box.

It's not a Ford Focus though.

Yeah mines not handling a full candy bar. I think the vents are restricted to bite sized cooling lol.

I will have to look into a way to rig that up, sounds like a great idea for long trips.

I used to drive a Sebring Convertible that had a little shelf above the radio. The HVAC tubes wrapped right around it, so it was like a mini fridge or oven, depending on the season. It was great for re-solidifying chocolate in the summer, but man you didn't want to accidentally throw anything meltable down there in the winter.

I'm pretty sure my concern is the connector for my drivers air bag. The air bag connectors terminals are known to get a little corrosion which sets a code (due to resistance change monitored by the restraint control module), so maybe a easy fix.

No a/c for power, or for principle?

Mine already has it built in and can turned off by pulling a tab in the glove box to stop the air circulating to and through the inside of the glove box. It's a handy feature.
